i think it is a coincidence but im about 99.9% positive they wont release the rest of the coding till map packs on other consoles come out so they to can have a chance at cracking the easter egg

I think the "soul" is the man you helped escape.
I dont think he's "real" but a soul you helped free of samantha or i guess "hell"? and the orb going up was the soul going to "heaven"
and maybe the story will continue where samantha is all pissed at the 4 zombie players and yea..

It can't be. If the guy was called soul (well the code for the guy) there would be a part about soul in the code after every node. We have to look for a similarity after every node then we will find out what the guy is called in the code.
