If he is an american based company than he bows down to the same master that we all do. and just to prove my point, the US. government does not go after minnos, they like banning it out with the big fish, so if their are 1000 complaints on their desk over nickle and dime bull crap, deriving from mom and pop shops, and other small business, they will surely love to jump on a case against a multi billion dollar fortune 500 company. so if you want, i would love to help your cause, i have a Law degree and i am certified to practice in the state of fl, however i am not a practicing attorney, i do easier stuff for less work and more pay, but if i could get enough people to man up and sign a petition, or form some sort of mega blog post, i could persuade the right people to file on your, and our behalf. activision has a budget for projects like anyone else, and guess what, treyarchs vendetta against modderrs/hackers/game innovators has been drug out long enough. that sack of trash does not and will not have the money to continue to allocate all their resources into some kids cheating on a video game. at the end of the day its about profits, and im sorry but even with everyone in the sub game cultures criticism about MW2 they didn't care and BO succeeded with ease. this happened for 2 reasons, 1 because its a FN video game not the cure for aids,the game is not perfect and never will be. and 2 because all the people who cried wolf are like every other statistical fact in American society. 25% cared, the rest were little kids, and oblivious adults who were more worried about paying their childrens college tuition or, or working overtime, to analyze the intrequit details of a video game they play for leisure. This is the same for any pro sport, just count the ammount of pro's, and than compare that to the sports amatures. The same goes for gaming. treyarch and Dbag deluxe Dan Bunting (for those that dont know he is the person who runs multiplayer for the subdivision company treyarch, owned by activision, funded by EA sports) think they are hot shit. but at the end of the day i have seen better coding work for little girls with 100 friends on facebook. so in close on my huge rant, yes you can do something about it, calling them is bull shit, u will have better luck through xbox, and normally this would be a dead end, however the contract between activision and microsoft has recently become public, thus they work together and xbox needs to be accountable for treyarchs actions now. if all else fails like i said have a lawyer call, or get in on a class action.

If you read their terms and conditions, you will see that they reserve the right to ban anyone for any reason

Also according to their OWN terms of service and banning policies, if you exploit a glitch, the only consequence is a temp ban, and the bans just escalate until it's a perma-ban.

Modding, you get banned and reset until it escalates into a perma-ban.

And there's been several people (myself included) who had completely legitimate accounts and did that stupid gold gun glitch, and got banned AND reset. Which Treyarch does not state as a consequence for glitches.

The company is just a bunch of idiots. They claimed their game was 100% un-moddable and it was modded in the first 12 hours.

You just can't do anything about it. If you did get an answer from them, they'd come up with some bull reason and when you ask for proof of it they'll ignore you.

They can ban you whenever they want. It's their game, their coding, their servers.

First off we pay microsoft to pay on xbl. Second we paid for our copy of black ops to play online multiplayer. They r taking our money when we can't play. If I did nothing wrong I deserve to play. I have proof on my recent games I did nothing and got banned.
