Simple
What you'll need is

Washers

16 pastic washers

16 metal washers

Thermal paste.

Stripe your Xbox too the motherboard, Remove the Xclamps.

Re paste the GPU & CPU

& But it back together.

(two washers between the board & the heat sink.)

Plastic washers should be the ONLY washers touching sink.

First time I got RROD I sent it in to Microsoft. Second time I did the towel trick and It has been fine ever since. And you don't have to open it... It's really easy.

Try wrapping your xbox with damp towels, or leave it out of the cables and sitting on your floor for a couple of days.
