Simple
What you'll need is
Washers
16 pastic washers
16 metal washers
Thermal paste.
Stripe your Xbox too the motherboard, Remove the Xclamps.
Re paste the GPU & CPU
& But it back together.
(two washers between the board & the heat sink.)
Plastic washers should be the ONLY washers touching sink.

First time I got RROD I sent it in to Microsoft. Second time I did the towel trick and It has been fine ever since. And you don't have to open it... It's really easy.

Try wrapping your xbox with damp towels, or leave it out of the cables and sitting on your floor for a couple of days.

try the towel trick its a quick fix just look it up on utube u will find it.
