1)Get your current 9199 nand for your jtag.
2) Get your CPU key for your jtag.

Simply just dump the nand via flash 360. You can acquire your CPU through xell, just start the console with eject button. Then wait until it stops completely (takes about a minute) then your CPU will be at the bottom.

Make sure you have an up to date framework. And make sure you don't have a faulty version of ff.viewer as well.

What kind of JTAG is it? If it's a xenon just for extra information, you need a 203w P. brick.

i dont think its power supply i tried a couple already

my xenon is on new dash, and when i turn it on, it starts then makes a beep noise and turns off, doesnt red ring though, just freezes itself up. Help please?
