you have the open tray error so that means your xbox has to much dust inside of it have you ever open and cleaned your xbox???

Nope. Never even opened my Xbox before. What you're suggesting is that I should open it and blow all of the dust out of it then? And to open it will I need to refer to youtube?

Its not dust man, I have my Xbox taken apart, and I cleaned the whole Xbox inside out.
Just listen to what I said.. Disc Trays only cost about $25 - $30 maybe.

Well if I were to buy a new disc tray would I have to get it professionally installed or would I be able to do it myself?

You can do it yourself.
Like the post above said
"Take apart Xbox and clean it"
You just need to take apart your Xbox, take the 2 cords off of the old Disc Tray
And put in the new Disc Tray

It takes like 30 seconds to swap out Trays.
Hardest part will be taking the shell off the Xbox (Which is still easy)
Just make sure you have the right tools.
