Ok i am going to start off there is almost 400,000 members and with that many members there should be some changes to this site.

With only 15 section mods, 27 global mods, and 9 administrators, With a total of 51 staff that is definitely a challenge for 51 people(at most maybe 10-15 at a time) to cover soon to be 400k members(discluding second accounts,bans,account suspensions, and dead accounts) I know it isn't my place to judge the staff or anything like which i am not i am holding valid points in this post.
1. A higher spam check(more characters)

Not saying that all these posts are spam but i can guarantee that at least 3 or more of this posts either....(this is general discussion)
2. More moderators i am not going to commenting at all during this how we should get rid of this guy or get rid of that guy what i am saying is 15 people on a report panel of over 300 reports on average some being 24 hours old is a little much. They shouldn't be taken by first come first taken care of, I'm sorry but to me Taking care of a scammer or a fake 10th lobby is more important than some guy posting 20202(referring back to my first point). But should be at least 1-2 on at a time per section or expand the sections of moderators now in power.
3. Higher watch on a couple sections modern warfare 2, General and Off topic, and Call of duty black ops with those being the most posted sub forums on this site.

Either bring in a higher charcter count(referring to point 1) or more/more active moderators(referring to point 2)
Now this site hasn't even reached the point where its all downhill from here and hopefully it wont for another 5 years with new systems like the xbox 720, Wii 2, and still unannounced ps4 this site still has limitless possibliltys for what comes in to future.

In my own opinion i would put TTG with Differnt Sections Basicaly
Admins
Conduct Team
Sticky And Close and Remove Post Team
And Global Team
i would Keep at leat 6 or At Few 3 in each One and Each Would Do there Duty's
Day And Night But that's My own Disscusion You maybe Talking in another Direction But Either Way I see What your Trying To Say Good Job
