Chores are dumb, Who does homework? Smart comments like these came out of twelve year old Jimmy Landras mouth after everything his divorced parents requested their child Jimmy to do. Jimmy was only 11 years old and was an only child; he was a short kid about 4ft tall and weighed only 63 pounds, with scrawny little legs and squeaky high pitched voice. Jimmy lived in the small town of Manchester Missouri, were everybody knew everybody. Jimmy was the kid in your class that was a Show-off or class look at me or sometimes referred to as the class clown. He would never get grounded for all the nasty behaviors he did such as shoot spit balls at teachers or make faces behind their backs, Jimmy loved to do illegal things on weekends too like Ding Dong Ditch, throw water bottles at cars at moving cars, and when he got the erg some nights to feel reckless, he would go egging house rarely getting caught thought, Must children thought he was the funniest and craziest kid on the planet and even gave him the nick name Speedy for always getting away with everything he did. He would never get caught because Jimmy lived with his dad and Jimmy`s dad Cody, lost his job eight months ago and turned into a raging alcoholic because he had nothing better to spend his time with. Roughly drinking a bottle of Jack Daniels a night and six days out of the weak his dad would be throwing up everywhere and too drunk to have a normal conversation .His mom never found out about any of the cruel things he was doing all over the town. Jimmy`s mom Sandra was assistant for a brain doctor, so Sandra and Jimmy barley saw each other. Sandra would sleep over at the hospital and even spend days at the hospital and even some weeks without seeing her son Jimmy. The hospital was about three hours away, Sandra would just rent for sometimes weeks at a time at the Super 8 hotel two blocks away from the hospital.
