9 Admins 28 Globals and 15 Sectionals to manage such a large amount of members (with obvious exclusions).

It all depends how many staff are online at one point, more of us makes the job easier.

I can't really comment further because its not my choice when it comes to staff issues or new staff.

But I agree something needs to be done, with the ever looming release of MW3 its gonna get hectic.
