Hi,

Im wondering how to get a 6 pack the best way. I already have abs. I have a 4 pack. Even

though I already have them they dont look ripped enough. I want a 6 and I want them to look

more defined and better looking. So if anyone knows how to get a 6 pack fast please comment

below and share your thoughts!

crunches, sit ups,and what ever strengthes ur abs. i do 100 sit ups a day with 30 pounts on my chest:)

Do lots of situps,crunches also apply weight to youre workouts like tossing a medicine ball to youre friend while doing crunches.

I was watching vids and says situps and crunches arent the best for it. Ive been doing em for 4 months now and I only have a 4 pack. Plus they dont look ripped like theyre supposed to

p90x is the way to go then:)

p90x is the way to go then:)

I'm thinking, working out might work. One hour a day will work to or more. go to a local gym.

This is my routine and got a 6 in literally 2 weeks

Here's what you do

-Plank for 1 minute

Rest 1 minute

-Take a 10-20 pound medicine ball, sit on your but with your back and legs in the air, then take the medicine ball and go from left to right with it across your body - 40 Times

Rst 2 minutes

-Get a partner, sit on your but as in the last exercise, and sit facing each other, throwing the medicine ball back and forth. Let there be the least resistance possible when catching and throwing it. - 20 Times

Rest 1 minute

-Get a sturdy 3-4 foot board and jump up, then down several times while your feet are together


Repeat
