Game Information
Release Date: November 5th, 2007
Developer: Infinity Ward
Genre: Shooter
Platform: Cross
Age Restrictions: Mature (17+)

Synopsis

A cross eviornment shooter, play through various places including the depths of Russia, tracking down one of the worlds most famous war criminals. Battle it out through various enviornments, with MANY guns and equipment. Heavy action, and a worth the while shooter

Gameplay

Made in 2007, this is still one of my favorite games to play. The game has a fantastic story/explained below/ and amazing graphics. Campaign gameplay is almost perfect, with the exception of some buggy glitches here and there. The game is almost completely shooting, but if you are into shooting games this will definately be the game for you. Even though recent games have been released with smoother engines and what not, COD 4 brought everything to the table. The campaign runs smoothly and has no problems excecuting everything it intends to. The players perspective changes exactly (3) times throughout the campaign switching through the eyes of: An SAS soldier, a USMC soldier, and Captain Price as a lower rank. In each level there is a heads up marker telling you which way to go, and which way to go. Once you reach a checkpoint, whenever you die you will respawn at the checkpoint. Each level has a different variety of technique, and you will be eager to continue the story.

Plot

Your main character is Soap MacTavish a soldier in the SAS British army organization where you begin your game at a training facility in Britain. You battle your way through Navy Ships, and many other various places. You have to huntdown the war criminal "imran Zakhaev" other information taken from Wikipedia
Russian Ultranationalist leader Imran Zakhaev, who plans to return his motherland to the times of the Soviet Union, draws international attention away from his plans by funding a coup d'tat in an unnamed Middle Eastern country, organized by a local separatist leader named Khaled Al-Asad. Discovering the plot the American government starts a police action to stop the uprising while the SAS continues to operate in Russia. After President Al-Fulani of the Middle Eastern country is executed on live television and Al-Asad takes control, the SAS rescue their compromised informant, Nikolai, from Russian Ultranationalist forces.

One section of the game takes place in Pripyat, Ukraine. Several iconic aspects of the abandoned city, such as this square, were recreated in the game.
During the American invasion of the Middle Eastern country a platoon from the USMC 1st Force Recon, led by Lieutenant Vasquez, searches for Al-Asad but are too late and only secure a television station broadcasting Al-Asad's plan. They then proceed to aid other American units who are fighting a battle against the separatists. During the final stages of the operation United States Central Command learns of Al-Asad's position in the capital but is also notified by SEAL Team Six of a Russian nuclear weapon nearby and sends the Nuclear Emergency Support Team to disarm it. Meanwhile Vazquez's squad is forced to stay behind to rescue the pilot of a downed AH-1 Cobra that was providing them with fire support. They manage to save the pilot. However, the nuclear device suddenly detonates, leveling most of the city, killing most of the US invasion force of 30,000 Marines. While fleeing the city, the squad's helicopter is caught in the blast, killing everyone on board.
The British then learn that Al-Asad fled the country before the American invasion and is hiding in a safe house in Azerbaijan. With the help of Nikolai's intel and assistance from Loyalist Russian soldiers the SAS clear the village of the Ultranationalist forces and capture and interrogate Al-Asad at his safe house. Shortly into interrogation Al-Asad's phone begins to ring. After hearing the voice of the person calling Al-Asad's phone, Captain Price executes Al-Asad, now knowing that Zakhaev is Al-Asad's backer. Price then tells the story of a mission to eliminate Zakhaev in Pripyat, Ukraine, 15 years earlier.
In the aftermath of the Chernobyl disaster and the collapse of the Soviet Union, Zakhaev took advantage of the turmoil to profit from nuclear proliferation and used his new wealth to lure soldiers from the Red Army to form his Ultranationalist Party. In 1996, Price was paired with Captain MacMillan, a Scottish SAS captain, to carry out a black op assassination of Zakhaev. After sneaking into Pripyat and hiding in an abandoned hotel, Price shot Zakhaev with a Barret M82 sniper rifle, but Zakhaev survived, losing his left arm. MacMillan was injured by a crashing helicopter after he and Price shot it down, Price then carried MacMillian to the exfil point.
Back in the present day, a joint operation is conducted by Price's SAS unit, a USMC Force Recon unit led by Staff Sergeant Griggs, and Loyalist Russian forces led by Sergeant Kamarov, to stop Zakhaev. They attempt to capture his son Victor in an unnamed Russian city, to learn of Zakhaev's whereabouts, but as they corner him on the roof of an apartment building, Victor commits suicide to avoid being captured. Zakhaev becomes enraged, blaming Western nations for the death of his son, and plans to retaliate by launching ICBMs armed with nuclear warheads at the East Coast of the United States, with predicted losses of over 41 million people. When the Task Force operatives arrive at the facility in Russia, Zakhaev manages to launch ICBMs towards the United States. However, the squad successfully seizes the silo command room and remote detonates the missiles over the Atlantic. They then escape the facility in military trucks with Zakhaev's forces in hot pursuit.
Before the squad can escape across a nearby bridge it is destroyed by an Mi-24 Hind leaving them trapped. Zakhaev's forces arrive and engage the remaining members of the strike force. Gaz receives a call from Kamarov informing him that his forces are on their way to help. On the bridge a gas tanker behind them explodes, incapacitating everyone, except Griggs, who is killed while trying to pull Soap to safety. Zakhaev, along with two of his soldiers, walks through the squad executing them, killing Gaz and several others. Before he reaches Soap and Price he is distracted by the destruction of his gunship and the arrival of the Loyalist Mi-28 and Mi-8 helicopters. As Zakhaev fires at the loyalist helicopter Price slides his Colt 1911 to Soap who shoots and kills Zakhaev and his two guards. When Sgt. Kamarov and his team arrive Soap is evacuated to safety, while a Russian medic attempts to resuscitate Price.

Graphics

Graphics throughout this game are very impressive for 2007. The flow of gun movement and whatnot are very impressive considering they flow very well. Character design is unique and characters flow well in this game including when throwing equipment. This is probably one of the best graphic-breakthrough games in history, that developed inspiartation for many known games today.

Multiplayer

Multiplayer in COD 4 is one of the main factors in this game of why I play it. COD 4 brought the whole idea of game types, perks, classes and everything to the table that set up most online gaming engines to this today. It consisted of new modes and customizable things that no one had even thought of yet. Killstreaks was also brought up in COD 4. Players deserved a reward for a certain amount of kills, and all these new Killstreak rewards would of never happened without COD 4. Also, even though it is mostly raided with infected noobs, COD 4 is one of the most intense online games that you will find especially for its device capturing game types. COD 4 has a well balanced gun system even though some people tend to over use one gun over the other. COD 4 has a level system of 55 Rankings and 10 prestige mode options. To recieve all Prestige badges it would take about 10-13 hours of online game play to achieve them.

Conclusion

Call of Duty 4 is one of my favorite games of all time, and the game brought more then asked to the table of gaming. This game is definate "buy" and should not be hesitated to buy if you are into action/shooter games. This game is a must buy especially for the cheap cost. There is really nothing to be dissapointed about this game, only if you are obsessed with graphics and insist that it did not look good in view wise. This game has a well built structure and an easy to learn base. Call of Duty 4 is one of the games that I think will not die off in the gaming world. It has prospered for this long and I doubt it will ever die off.

Release: July 30, 2008
Platform: Xbox 360
Genre: Multi-directional shooter
Rating: ESRB E

Synopsis:

You lose a life by getting hit by a shape (enemy). In some game modes, the player has acces to bombs that, when deployed, will destroy all shapes on the board.

First Impression:
Being a fan of the Geometry Wars series so far, I was very excited for the new game. It was very fun and addictive. One thing that may get on people's nerves if the fact that you have to unlock more game modes by playing the ones you already have. It might get annoying due to the fact that the most popular game mode, pacifism, is unlocked after a good time of playing.

Gameplay:
The gameplay is this game is great. Smooth and clean graphics add to the intensity of the game. All game modes in Geometry War: Retro Evolved 2 are fun and it's hard to pick a favorite.
The following are all game modes available:
Deadline: The player must get as high a score possible within a 3 minute time limit. If the player looses all lives, they will stick with the score they had when they died.
King: The player is left with one life and no bombs. Circles are placed all over the map that are labeled as "safe-zones". When entered, these "safe-zones" only last for a couple seconds before disappearing. the player can only shoot from within the safe-zones.
Evolved: Evolved is most similar to the original Geometry Wars. They player starts out with 4 lives and 3 bombs and can earn more throughout his/her progress in the game. There is no time limit.
Pacifism: In this game mode the player CANNOT fire. They must fly trough gates to destroy the blue shapes, while avoiding the deadly orange ends of the gates.
Waves: The player must avoid waves of rockets the fly vertically and horizontally.
Sequence: This mode consists of 20 levels. Each level has a consistent pattern of enemies.
All game modes are fun and addictive.

Graphics:
The graphics on this games are very nice and crisp. Especially when you are playing on a larger TV that is 720p or better. The colors are very clean.

Controls:
The controls are very simple in this game.
Left Stick - Moves the ship
Right Stick - Controls firing
Left Bumper - Trigger Bombs

Ratings:
Gameplay - 9/10
Graphics - 9/10

GTA IV
Game Info

Release Date: 29/4/08
Developed By: Rockstar North
Genre: Action Adventure/3rd Person Shooter
Platform: Cross Platform, PS3 and Xbox 360
Age Restriction: 18+

Synopsis
Grand Theft Auto IV follows the story of Niko Bellic, a veteran of an unnamed war in Eastern Europe, who is haunted by the betrayal of his army unit. Ten years later, after a smuggling run that goes bad, Niko leaves Eastern Europe to escape the anger of his employer, Ray Bulgarin. Eventually, under persuasion from his cousin Roman, Niko comes to Liberty City, to pursue the American Dream as well as Florian Cravic, the man he believes to be the traitor. After his arrival, however, Niko quickly learns that Roman's tales of riches and luxury were lies concealing his struggles with gambling debts and loansharks.(paragraph from Wikipedia)

Story
As you start out playing you just arrive to the "American Dream". You journey accross town to find your cousins place and find out why America is so great. Soon you realize your cousin has also gotten into trouble with loan sharks and the problems slowly get worse. Niko tries to sort them out and gets Roman into more trouble. You deal with many people weather its your girlfriend, someone you do work for, or if your just going out with Roman for bowling or for a drink. While doing missions for a man named Jacob you will be endangering yourself many times and killing many people along the way.

Gameplay
This part of the game is amazing. Its so realistic and will only get better as they add to the series. On realistic feature is car crashes. Your speeding down the street and you swerve to the left hit a car and go flying out of the windshield. You car is destroyed and its just awesome. You can get into fights, shoot people, steal cars and much more! This game is a free roam game where you can either, do missions and get achievements or go roam around and cause havoc on the towns people. I highly recommend this game as it also has a good storyline and is a good length so its not over in 4 missions.

Graphics
The graphics to this game are also very amazing for a game. When you crash you can walk in front of your car and see the damage where you hit and every detail that would happen in real life. Characters look alright could be a little better but are still decent. Building have good detail as you can also go inside them, rob stores, and so much more to this advanced game.
Its been 3 years since this game came out and the graphics are still great. Imagine how good they will be when the next one comes out!

Overall Rating
10/10

My review of Assassin's Creed 2

Assassin's Creed II

[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Game Information
Release Date: November 17, 2009
Developed By: Ubisoft
Genre: Action, Adventure
Platform: PC,Xbox 360,PS3
Age Restrictions: Mature [17+]

Story
In this sequel of Assassin's Creed ( in which you play with Altair )you start with Desmond Miles, escaping Abstergo Industries. You escape with Lucy Stillman ( an employee of Abstergo ) after being forced to relive the genetic memories of ancestral assassin Altar ibn La-Ahad through a machine called the "Animus".After escaping from Abstergo, Desmond enters a device which is more advanced than the original Animus, the Animus 2.0, and relives the genetic memories of ancestral nobleman Ezio Auditore da Firenze, who lived during the Renaissance period of the late 15th century in Italy. You follow his story throughout the game, from him being just a usual guy, fighting, drinking, spending money on courtesans (or you can call them prostitutes ) to becoming a deadly assassin, which is feared by everyone. The story is really good. While I wasn't playing it I still wanted to play. It took me about 10 or less hours to complete but it was well worth it. The plot was easy to follow, things made sense after some time. At the end of like every major memory sequence you go "Ooooh, now I get it" and all makes sense.

Gameplay

The game is kind of strange to get used to in the beginning , like running and jumping perfectly without falling , losing health and potentially getting killed by someone that is chasing you, but don't worry , it's not a pain in the a**.
The guards can be difficult, especially if you are fighting like 30 of them, but with clever tactics you can take them fairly quick. The game is not easy, but it's not hard too. It's fun to stab and kill people with different weapons, upgrade your village (further in the game) and the most fun (for me) was the "free running" , jumping from one roof to another, and so on. It's a game for everyone except you know... 17+ . Also the fact that most of the time on important missions you need to be stealth brings something to the game that makes it that much better and more enjoyable (at least for me it does).

Graphics
The graphics are very good imo, considering that the game came out 2009. It's very nice detailed, the lighting in the game is amazing ( again, imo ) , the character models, the buildings, everything looked nice as it should be in an Assassin's Creed game. There are only some minor visual "flaws". Overall the graphics are close to perfection for a '09 game ( in my opinion ).

Bottom line and rating
Overall the game is great, as far as I know, the game is accurate as far as history goes, the buildings are as they were in that time period, the gameplay is good, I personally think that the voice acting is awesome, the visual effects are great. Overall it's a really good sequel, the game is great and i recommend you to get it and play it if you can.

My Portal 2 review

Portal 2

Game Information
Release Date: April 19, 2011
Developed By: Valve Software
Genre: Puzzle
Platform: PC,Xbox 360,PS3
Age Restrictions: 12+

Story:
Oh god, Portal 2 , such an incredible and mind blowing game. Portal 2 is a sequel to the massive success of Portal , developed again by Valve in '07. Portal 2 follows the character Chell after the end of Portal 1 where you defeat GLaDOS.The ending of the first game shows Chell being dragged away from what has remained of GLaDOS by someone that we can't see. Then Chell wass placed in stasis within Aperture Science for a period of many years. During these years, the facility becomes over-run by decay and nature. The game pretty much begins few years after the original Portal. You get guided through by a personality core robot called Wheatley. With Wheatley's help Chell is able to escape the test chambers and disable the neuro toxin and turret manufacturing plants. When they confront GLaDOS the second time, Chell is able to exchange Wheatley's personality for GLaDOS's. Wheatley becomes intoxicated with power and places GLaDOS's personality into a module powered by a potato battery. When you go throughout the game, you will notice how with every test chamber, the environment changes, and from chambers covered with plants and vegetation , you get to nice ones , clean and white like the ones in the first Portal game. For those that haven't played the game I won't spoil it , but the ending is pretty god damn awesome and I suggest that you play the game

Gameplay:
Portal 2 is one of the most FUN and Mind challenging games out there. There is a fair share of humor (which is hilarious on moments). The thing is that the game is simple. You shoot two portals from your "portal gun", and use them to solve different puzzles to progress throughout the game. They get harder and more mind challenging when you get to higher "levels".The game introduces many new (cool) features like the bouncing blue gel. The game can be really frustrating though. There was this chamber that I was stuck at for like a hour before i figured it out. One other awesome feature is the Co-Op mode. It's so much fun and "bonding" to play with someone and solve puzzles together.Another thing that absolutely loved about the game was the soundtrack. As far as I know, Valve will (or have already) release(d) part of the game soundtrack (vol.1)

Graphics
The graphics are awesome, simple or not, they are perfect for such game. The game itself runs smoothly and feels like it's made by Valve. The 4 year wait time was definitely worth it for this game. I absolutely loved it, even though the game runs on Valve's source engine which is not that new.

Bottom line and rating
Overall the game is great. It's fun, it looks good, it sounds good, it feel awesome. The writing is clever and well done, the game has some of the best voice acting in the gaming industry and it just feels that it's made by Valve.
IGN rating: 9.5/10
Machinima rating: 10/10
Gamespot rating: 9/10

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Game Information
Release Date: November 9th, 2009
Developed: Infinity Ward
Genre: Shooter
Platform: Cross
Age Restrictions: 17+

Synopsis(IGN)
Modern Warfare 2 is by far the least traditional of the series, with the core package broken up into three main pillars of gameplay. Single-player fans have their main campaign, if you're down for more co-op gameplay either locally or via online connection you've got the new Spec Ops mode, and Modern Warfare's groundbreaking multiplayer is back, and truly better than ever. There's an overwhelming amount of content to experience, but with each mode being 100% standalone in nature, you're getting three completely different experiences all in one. That, however, also plays a huge factor into how your final opinion of Modern Warfare 2 as a whole turns out.

Plot
In MW2 you play as 5 main characters, searching down the Terrorist leader Makarov. The campaign takes twists and turns that you would never expect, and has a great outcome that won't leave you dissapointed. In the campaign, you travel through various locations hunting down Makarov to find that you are too late for America. An EMP sets off in America and Russian troops march in taking over. In the campaign you protect America, Hunt down a terrorist leader, and have a little fun on snow mobiles as well. The campaign features a smooth layout and exciting cut scenes and features that you'll just have to wait to play ;)

Gameplay(Campaign)
Gameplay in campaign is excellent with hardly any bugs/glitches or things to piss you off. The gameplay features a majority of weapons that are evenly balanced in the campaign. AI Bots are a bit slow in Recruit mode but if you want a real challenge you'll have to play on Veteran mode. The campaign is a minimum of 5 hours or so, but has a lengthy multiplayer bit. Campaign features ton of exciting fun features that are all around amazing and will not be boring to anyone in anyway. To some people gameplay might be a bit repetitive but if you are a true shoot em up kind of person you'll find it quite enjoyable.

Multiplayer
Multiplayer in my opinion is really what gave COD its repputaion for online gaming. Every COD does not dissapoint me with online gameplay and MW2 kept its repuation. MW2 consists of 10 presiges, and 70 levels. To achieve maximum level you need at least 6-8 hours of gameplay to succeed. Perks in this game are evenly well balanced and deathstreaks have its way of assuring you don't die too much. If you die a certain amount of times you recieve a certain power up to boost you back up. Weapons in multiplayer are a bit of a problem for one reason ~ Only a few guns are used. Guns are a bit overpowered, and seem to vary in usefulness as well. Killstreaks was the big thing in MW2. MW2 contained the first customizable Killstreaks. This gives player the opurtunity to customize their kills according to skill and what not.

Graphics
MW2 has a well decent graphic content. Graphics are smooth and are a bit advanced for games during that time period. It has a great model design and decent gun designs. Characters are well designed as well as they seem to move accordingly and meet expectations. Map graphics for campaign are amazing, and decent for multiplayer. Switching weapons, and actions are also very unique and organized.

Genre: Action/Adventure
Platform: Cross Platform

Synopsis
( [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] . marvel.com/)

The Marvel Universe is being torn apart. You and your team of Marvel Super Heroes help Nick Fury launch a secret pre-emptive strike against Latveria and Lucia Von Bardas only to have to thwart her retaliatory attack on New York City.
Coupled w/ other Super Hero incidents, public sentiment turns against Super Heroes. The Superhuman Registration Act becomes law and Super Heroes must register as wepaons of mass destruction and become licensed government agents with the United States government.
Lines are drawn as Iron Man leads the Pro-Registration side while Captain America leads the Anti-Registration side. You must pick a side and fight to determine the fate of the Marvel Universe and human kind.

Story
I will go through in detail the first mission then some other significant points cause i don't wanna ruin it for you the Story is amazing!

OK for this game it's non-stop action from the beginning when you start the story theres an opening cutscene of the beginning four characters (Spider-Man/Iron Man/Wolverine/Captain America and an unplayable Colonel Nick Fury) in Latveria at Castle Doom Aigneis out some of the guards stealthily. Then you gain control of Iron Man but you can freely change your character with the D-Pad between those four. You play the first level to obtain Black Widow's intel by fighting your way through guards and use each characters special moves. Once you reach the checkpoint and listen to the intel you then are bombarded with little alien machines obviously sent to kill you at this point is when the newest feature and probably one of the coolest features in any game ive seen called FUSION (combine two characters special powers and obliterate the enemy) There are over 250 different combinations of fusion powers between all the characters. My favorite for this first mission is Iron Man and Captain America this is a guided fusion where the fusion takes place and you maneuver around killing as many as possible. this one is the most effective because it's controlled and it last longer then the others. The others involve button mashing to either increase radius of attack or collect enemies. After this fusion attack you basically wanna jizz in your pants its so cool. After this you then meet with your first Boss, Electro. He runs on electric (obviously) theres a mini cutscene before it where Electro talks but then you start you have to defeat him, he is very easy to beat but it gets harder as you go. The most effective way to defeat him is using Fusion. You can use a fusion attack when you kill enough enemies and when the fusion meter in the bottom right is filled. To defeat him you have to destroy two generators powering Electrothis is explained by Nick Fury during the mission. That for the most part concludes this first mission.

Other significant points is basically when the Superhuman Registration Act (SRA) is proposed and this is when it gets good you have to choose between two sides Pro-Registration (Iron Man) or the Anti-Registration (Captain America). Personally i choose Captain America side first so for this you have to fight all the criticism given to you by the USA government about joining the other side you fight different bosses and you play different missions. So this is what also makes this game so awesome there's pretty much two campaigns but the ends are the same its just how you get there. When you approach the end it is just one big superhero fight and it is just all out chaos and non-stop action to the end. SO ill let you find out what happens on the end (its amazing!!)

Mulitplayer

Multilayer is basically the same as the story mode except play it with your friends which is +.

Controls
The controls for this game are pretty easy to follow as you go through the story it gives little hints (mostly in the beginning) on different things you can do. Most of it is done with combining such as (xbox 360) holding down RT and pressing A,B,X,Y with a character will use there special move. LT and pressing A,B,X,Y (pending on which character you are) will activate the fusion strike also remember that there are 250 different combo's to do so mix it up.Other than that controls are pretty simple Y is to jump and for certain heroes double tap Y will allow them to fly. There's a lot more freedom in this Marvel game as compared to others. Also you can choose your team the more characters you unlock the more options you have also keep in mind when picking your team the fusion strikes you can do.

Leveling Up
In this game once you gain points you can use them to upgrade your characters to make there special moves better i personally always had Iron Man/Captain America on my team (pending which side you choose) so i upgraded them which helps a lot whether its increasing health or increasing power of a move.

Graphics
Graphics for this game are pretty good nothing special but very accurate could be a little more detailed but it's better then treyarch/bungie but not better then MW2 but still very good for 2009.

Final Rating: 9/10

a little something i made in photoshop

Developed: EA (Electronic Arts) [Developed by Danger Close,a team within the EA Los Angeles studio, and DICE]
Genre: Shooter
Platform: PC/PS3/Xbox360

Story
The story of this installment of Medal Of Honor is one of the best and most intense I've ever played. The level of realism and bond between the soldiers make the game feel so realistic that i was f**king dreaming about it.Throughout the game you get to play as Rabbit (part of tier 1 soldiers) , Deuce ( in AFO Wolfpack ) , Dante Adams from 75th Ranger Regiment and AH-64 Apache gunner Captain Brad "Hawk" Hawkins. The story develops nice and even throughout the game. I absolutely loved it. I was so hyped about this game's single player and my expectations were true. The single player campaign was amazing. You will go through so intense moments like you ( playing with Dante Adams ) and 3 other rangers defending yourself from an ambush on the bottom of a hill, fighting for your lives and get saved by AH-64s in the last second, or when you go on practically a suicide mission to save the life of men who should be dead but because of their skills and probably luck are still alive . The worst part of the game is the ending when Rabbit from Tier 1 dies, this was so unexpected for me, I was left speechless when I saw that . Overall the story is epic!

Well the game isn't perfect, the graphics had their problems, like you could go to some places and see not 3D landscape but like a 2D picture. They are good, but they could've been better.I think EA didn't put much work on polishing the game to perfection as one MoH title should be.That is just my opinion. The weapon and character models were good, but i had frame rate issues quite a few times. Otherwise the graphics were good.

Multiplayer
Oh god the multiplayer ... It felt like battlefield, but it is because DICE developed it. It was good, but it had it's flaws, some guns were WAY overpowered (at least in my experience ). It felt like they could've done a lot more with the multiplayer and make it so much better, but now you see like 5000 people online together ( from all game modes ) and it's sad for such a great game.It felt like the Multiplayer was a completely different game (not that it's a bad thing ).I liked it , but it just needed more work.

Bottom line and rating
The game was good, but it just needed more work. I hope the next Medal Of Honor installment will get better graphics and Multiplayer, a good story and enjoyable gameplay.

GameSpot rating:7.5/10
IGN rating: 6/10
Machinima rating: 7.5/10
My Raiting: 7:5/10 [It just needed a little bit more work]

Lego Star Wars The Complete Saga

Game Description wrote Building on the success of both LEGO Star Wars videogames, LEGO Star Wars: The Complete Saga enables families to play through the events of all six Star Wars movies in one videogame for the first time ever. From the Trade Federation's "negotiations" with Obi-Wan Kenobi and Qui-Gon Jinn in The Phantom Menace to the space battle above Endor in Return of the Jedi, The Complete Saga allows players to kick some brick through dozens of Story Mode levels.

This game was very fun once it came out and I would definitely buy it. As soon as I heard that Lego Star Wars The Complete Saga was coming out, I was really syced because I had played Lego Star Wars I and Lego Star Wars II but that wasn't that great because you can play all the levels on one game. Once, The Complete Saga came out, I got it for the xbox and wasn't disappointed at all. I love how in between levels, there is like a Cantina that you can just play around in.

Specialties: Well, if I had to get a Lego game, I would probably get the latest one but I they all came out at the exact same time, I would get this one just because, who doesn't love Star Wars? There are a TON of levels you can play, 6 episodes x 6 levels an episode, that's 36 episodes all straight from the movies. The story line pretty much follows the movies but sometimes it gets a little off track when they want to squeeze in a few things.

Rating: I would give this game a 5/5 because it is the most original Lego game out there, Not counting Lego Star Wars I and Lego Star Wars II, and is just really great fun. With Co-op, you can play with another person and blast through the game.

So, I definitely recommend this game to anyone who loves legos, even if you don't love Star Wars, there is plenty to do to keep you entertained.

Why not?

My review on 50 Cent: Blood On the Sand.

Introduction

This was one of my second xbox games. It was probably one of the funnest ones too. I picked it up 3 years ago, but they still sell it at game stop. This game is a fun shooter game. It has customizable guns and gun features with many other unlocks and secrets. This game can easily give you hours and hours of fun. You get 1 team mate with you at all time and you can choose the team mate.

Gameplay

You are a super human 50 cent in this game (super human because of his crazy ass muscle size). This is a third person game and a good one at that. This game in many ways reminds me of the gears series, diving to cover, and snapping to cover. Although it has those features, they never really come in handy too often. Usually you can use this new feature called gangsta fire. It will slow everything down so you can target your enemy or enemies with more accuracy and control. Controls in this game move pretty cleany, without it feeling like your guy is running through a pile of quick sand. Although the beginning is fun because its new, later in the story mode you start seeing the same thing a little more often, such as kill this guy in 30 seconds, throw a grenade and kill 4 targets with it. That is one of my main problems but its not too bad. You can do melees in close combat situations to change things up. One of the features that caught my eye right away was the score keeper in the top right. It makes you feel like you're playing a arcade game in a way.

Gameplay Rating: 8/10

Graphics and Scenery

For a three year old game the graphics are good, although they are not anything like call of duty or portal graphics these are still real good. The lighting in the game should be a little higher as this is not a horror game or such. They have added little things such as turrets, special guns hidden, and special grenades. Although the graphics are ok, there is still some things in there that will catch you eye, like a guy being pixelated with the trees or bushes around him. The game is not a really realistic game either. But hey, how many video games really are realistic?

Graphics Rating: 7/10

This is a game you will get more fun out of by yourself. A very quick run through of my review. Great game, fun gameplay and you will get many many hours out of it.
Graphics are good for a 3 year old game. But it will have some moments where some one will be pixelated or a tree or bush. I

Overall Rating: 8/10
