Disable Liveblock, AND XHTTP... also you don't have the plugins in the right order.. for XBLSE it should be..

Plugin 1- XBLStealth.XEX
Plugin 2- XRPC.XEX
Plugin 3- JRPC
Plugin 4- RPC
Plugin 5- ...
