Fraps isnt the only recorder out there.. Try DXtory, Bandicam or Action!. All 3 of those are great to record with.

Nope sorry Integrated graphics aren't up to par w/ Arma 2. But you could always look it up on YT.

What do you need 16GB of memory for? 8GB is more than likely enough because having more memory only improves performance when it is in use. The best upgrade is the one you don't even have to make.
