My computer has 4gb of RAM and I have allocated 3gb to my minecraft server, is it safe to allocate 4gb?

Go to ipchicken.com and make sure you give them that ip.

Make sure u portfowarded everything correctly too

You can download new plugins and drag the jar files into the plugins folder.
