i have r9 295x2 and fx 8350 and 8gb ram on gta i'm lucky to get 40fps+ i need some help please and also on project cars my fps sucks any help would be great thanks

my ram hit like 5.5gb and cpu and gpu both hit 80-100%

it just seems to be lacking with fps on games like project cars and gta maxed out on gta it hits like 40-50fps on 1080p and project cars it locks at around 20-40fps which is shit my r9 270 gotta bette ...

which one i'm on quite a tight budget as ive juts spent 529.99 gbp on the gpu

v sync off lol people always forget to mention it lol
