I have all of mine too. Finally fixed it . You can access Elite on your xbox now too.

Yup it happened to me after a power cut. There is nothing they can do.

This sucks, that's really bad... They best fix this, sadly I doubt it's possible to reinstate ranks.

The only positive is that I have a higher K/D, interestingly my leaderboards didn't change.

I am typing in the dark it was a typo... I had a power outage and then came back on and was reset...

Me and my friend have both been reset 7 levels randomly. I was level 65 and now 58. He was level 44 and is now 37. Has this happened to anyone else? It has reset my challenges, classes, leaderboards, ...
