From what I know, it'll be at E3 when they release to the general public, the mods for PS4, I'd presume they'll do it like ...

Use separate networks, upgrade your bandwidth/speed, consider consolidating back to one, take turns doing whatever it is online, or... Deal with it, to be quiet frank.

Do whatever interests you, in the order of interest. Ideally, that'll be the only way to ensure you sustain interest in the game until you're addicted. XD
