ok i think i understand now so i download outbreak mw2 menu wht is a dll file the i download that file in that link then i put them on a usb and copy and paste them in to my mw2 folder and i dont need ...

he just said the console boots but nothing on screen....if it was a xblse plugin issue it would stop at the boot logo..

when i download mw2 outbreak mod menu it only gives me 1file i think it was dll there is no default_mp.xex ,do i have to extact it with winwar to get it and ifi do how ?
