I got it sorted anyway downloading now had to buy another $15 dollar code haha cost $64.86 including tax

I bought a $60 dollar code and it is saying how would you like to pay the rest when trying to download fifa so must have to pay tax also

Last year I just changed my region to US and got it for cheaper and a couple of days early but last year everyone was doing and this year I haven't seen anything about it

If I change my location to US on Xbox One will I be able to play it on the 22nd ? worked last year but haven't seen much about it this year
