1. try different default_mp.xex
if this doesnt work,
reinstall mw2 and put all files again into the folder.

i am pretty sure the default_mp.xex is messed up
i will try swapping the default_mp.xe ...

i dont think it would be the modded files because it would still freeze when i had none in my mw2 folder

just try playing the non modded copy
