If you looking in to getting into a drift team your best bet is the Forza forums, we have a section over there call the Drift Lounge, there's also a number of threads with tips to help you get better.

Im lvl 45, have 130,000 to my next lvl, but nothing is unlockable. Ill let you know when i get there.
