I managed to fix it.

I uninstalled my GPU and switched to the onboard graphics. After the updates it worked fine..

I put my graphics card back in to my PC and my pc is booting within 30 seconds ...

Thanks, I'm already on AHCI mode anyway. It defaulted at that.
