right, i have recieved my jtag but it will not work, the problem is i turn the jtag on but i get no picture and no sound, is there any suggestions on how to fix this ?

right you have your profile on your desktop, you need to open up xport or xplorer 360 click partition 3 then content then drag n drop in to it try that ???
