On the ring pull there should be a code. You enter it on cod.monsterenergy.com and you will either get a in game patch, Double XP and other in game items.

Game UK had the exclusive rights for Free Fall as a bonus map. Other wise you needed to buy the hardend or prestige edition of the game.

Cod is 16 in the EU. If you go they might let you buy if you ring you parents and they say you can buy it.
