We've tried plenty of different tests still came empty handed.

I have tried to transfer a lot of accounts and so far only one succeeded, but to me it seems completely random as if it is a server is ...

You cannot transfer account at the moment anyways? Or have you found a way? If so I'd happily buy a service.
