i've had my guy 99% 89 overall for ages and i've not been banned

Firstly i modded my guy to 100%, then to 127 overall. I played some proclubs with 127 overall but then heard people were getting banned so changed him back to the 100% file. Can I still get banned??

is this not the same as the 100% mod? WHy do you have to choose specific heights, ie if i changed him would it alter the 127 overall?
