This looks pretty clean, the only couple problems I see are the small bump on the top, that shadow looks a little off and the back tire closest to us has a small drop off line that looks a little sket ...

Very nice modern, simple looking logo, I really like the colours, being quite dull but a good dull, the shield design and banner flag at the bottom is really nice as well, it's a very nice colour sche ...
