Yeah xblse was doing the same thing for me. I think you need to restart your console, make a new account, and sign in after you launch the game. Not sure if it will work but worth a shot

Is your download speed good? If so, I would try to re-download. Or try to extract the iso again and put it on your jtag/rgh. Did you use J-Downloader or Utorrent?
