Tiger strikes suck for gear. The biggest waste of time ever, even for rep. Only good for marks.

Put on a class item that doesn't level a faction, do patrol missions and get AS MANY vanguard bountie ...

Universal Remote is really good for me. Uses primary ammo (cheap) and i can switch to my fusion rifle / sniper without hitting pause at the expense of range (versus a auto rifle / pulse. etc)

Bro... Not that hard. Just level up through story until you unlock bounties and then just play crucible. Seems to work for me.
