Sounds like the GPU needs a reflow or reball.

try putting the switch on the AV cable (TV/HDTV) to TV and see if anything changes if not. your console may be starting to fail i had a xenon that did this to me need a reflow to fix

You need to do a bad flash recovery

your going to have to try a bad flash recovery. You need to short some resistors or your nand to get it to read correctly.

You can easily check by popping off the face plate and looking into the hole right underneath the bezel of the dvd drive you should see two wires.

Yellow = Lite On
White = Benq
Black = Hitachi

flash360 wont work you need to use simple nand flasher

GTA V is XGD3 and you will need iHas burner or a drive compatible with burnermax payload to be able to burn the game successfully. GTA IV was only XGD2 so it was possible to burn on any DVD DL Drive

so is your console booting now or still no dash. its kinda unclear at the moment
