My Mic was working fine and suddenly it has stopped working i can hear my friends but they cant hear me, please help

i went to game got a refund then got the game again brand new and ive tryed re-installing it and nothing someone please help !

Everytime i load up Call of Duty Ghost's it reads the game but then the screen just goes black the games hasnt got a single scratch and couldn't be in better condition
Anyone had the same problem
