whats wrong with it? most likely you will need to open up your xbox and fix the tray the right way.

if its a black screen? try a different menu if its not the menu then make sure the title update is correct

First you'll need to learn the dashboard, if it's jtaggable will need some wires n some diodes and you'll also need a nand reader / writer.

If it's not jtaggable you can rgh xenons but boot times ...
