i didnt want to read all the posts but i know that to get the tenth prestige emblem u have to not do any prestige challenges until your tenth prestige, then when your tenth prestige nlock all the prestige challenges

thats been proven wrong....and it would be stupid to not do any of them until your tenth( actually you probably couldn't)

I took apart the patch and looked in the challenges.csv It says whats required to unlock the challenges
prestige spinning = level 70 and pr_marksman_ak47_4(but that is impossible cuz it only goes to 3)........So im thinking its a IW typo, which when you think about thats not really hard to believe. Who agrees?

you have to prestige at least once to get the prestige challenges unlocked, then complete them all.

its simple you get to 10th prestige and then you complete every single chalenage there is and you get because thats what i dun
