It is only there for see who is hacking and who's not. This emblem is NOTlegitimately possible to get (AK-47 Marksman 4 prestige) When you go into one of these JTAG lobbies it makes a virtual copy of the real thing of everything unlockable, even the missing spinning 10th emblem. When Xbox 360 administrators see this emblem WITHOUT the [IW] clan tag, you get permanently console banned for tampering with the Xbox 360 system. I don't know anything about the PS3, though could be the same thing.

wen i got my jtag i hosted my fist lobby and it was a 10th lobby just 10th and i got it on my level 70 2 presteag and i had it fully unlocked i have no clue how but this is true i have been trying to find out ever sins
