A reset is where they will take you back to level one, and take away everything you have, all titles, emblems, camos, etc..

Wow I have seen this video about a MILLION times and never noticed the tenth prestige spinning emblem

I've heard a few theories.
-One of them being a 9 kill multikill(proven wrong in a RANKED ground war)
-Another is being IW staff, which would fit according to this vid.
-Has to be assigned to you, like flaming recon in halo. Seems possible
-Something that you have one shot at, like get a kill when your leaderboard time is 1:11:11 (seems unlikely)
-Killing an IW mod/admin, like the GTA4 clothes/acheivement. (possible)

i think you theories are all good but the first one is not good.
