Facts
Every Xbox 360 has its own private unique keyvault (KV) located on its internal memory chip called the NAND. This is randomly generated in the factory when the box is in it blank state and the resulting keys (CPU key, DVD key etc) are uploaded to MS's database so they have a list of every legit unique key ever made.

These keys are so complex that they cannot be guessed.

As an extra layer of security the KV is encrypted with the consoles unique key which is burnt into the CPU chip and also cannot be guessed or brute forced.

When you log into LIVE your console is identified by your unique KV, when you get banned by MS your KV is blacklisted (known as a 'server side' ban).

With JTAG now we have a way of finding our unique CPU key and thus decrypting our KV, we could also change information in our KV's (like video region, DVD key/drive type etc). We can also UNBAN our consoles by changing the KV.

The problem is that we need an actual KV that is from another console that is itself unbanned, the only way to get that is by JTAG.

So you need to find someone who has JTAG hacked their 360, got their unique CPU key and extracted and decypted their KV and is willing to give/sell/trade you their KV and never go on LIVE (because MS would see the same KV online at the same time.

This would explain why kvs are so expensive and why people charge to get in there lobbies.Once you boot up your JTAG there will be a period of time b4 you get banned this time varies from something like 2-6 hours.A good day would be if you got 5 hours worth of time out of it.

How to unban your xbox with your new KV
What you will need for this is:
JTAGGED xbox 360
Transfer cable
Xbox HDD
Flash Drive (usb memory stick)
A Unbanned Nand and That CPU Key and YOUR CPU key for your xbox 360

Let's Get Started:
This is all on the XBOX 360
To start turn ON your xbox on using the open tray button, then it should boot up and have a blue screen with white writing on the screen (this is called Xell)
Wait a few secounds ........
It will come up with lots of lines, the only ones we need to focus on is the ones starting with "fuseset" it will start with 00 - 11 at the end, you will need fuseset 03 and fuseset 05, combine them both together and that will give you YOUR CPU key
Now go on the computer:
Write YOUR CPU key in notepad or in word or anything really
Disable UAC so you can drag stuff back into Xport 360 it will save alot of time
Download XeX Menu, Flash 360, 360 Flash Tool and Xport 360 and/or Xplorer 360 I don't like Xplorer 360 so my tut will only be on Xport 360all from the links above
Link you Flash Drive and Transfer Cable up to the computer and open Xport 360
Once you have opened up Xport 360 and found your HDD, open up the HDD to show "Partition 1, 2 and 3" navigate to Partition 3 and open up the folder "Content", then open the folder starting with "000000000..........", it will give you a drop down list of some stuff you have got, its different for everyone
Keep that tab open so you see the drop down list of stuff under the folder 00000000............ and also on the right screen aswell
Click on the XeX Menu you downloaded earlier and extract it to your desktop, you will get a folder called "C0DE9999" will appear, simply drag that into the "0000000........" folder and it will appear in the folder
Now you are finished with Xport 360 you can close it and open up your Flash Drive
Now extract the folder you downloaded earlier called "Flash360V1.0" to your desktop and your will get 2 files and 1 folder appear, "Media", "Flash360.xex", and "Readme"
Now drag and drop the 3 files to your Flash Drive (memory stick) and you are done with your Flash Drive you can unplug both your xbox HDD and your Flash Drive
Back on the Xbox 360:
Plug both your Xbox HDD and your Flash Drive back into your Xbox and away we go
Turn ON your Xbox 360 and navigate to "Game Libary" and "XeX Menu 1.1", Navigate to your Flash Drive by pressing "RB" on your controller and move down to "Flash360.xex" and click "A" to continue
In the bottom left-hand corner you will get lines of white text all you need to do is press what i say, "X", "A" then it will start extracting your nand, once it is done your will see "overall progress 100%", then press any button to continue, then "Back", "Back", Take your Flash Drive out of your Xbox 360 and plug back in to your computer
Open up your Flash Drive on your computer and navigate to "flashdmp.bin" and just simply drag and drop to your desktop
Now open up the unbanned CPU key, Copy it, and open up 360 Flash Tool, Click the button "Keys" at the top, and paste it in the first box at the top called "CPU", MAKE SURE the two boxes at the top ARE ticked and the two at the bottom are NOT ticked, then after that click OK and the box will disappear
Click open file with the button "....." and open the UNBANNED nand, then click "Extract" and tick the box "Key Vault" and click "OK" and just save it to your desktop
Now on your desktop you will get 3 folders "KV_enc.bin" KV_dec.bin" and "Log", you dont need "KV_enc.bin", or "Log" you only need "KV_dec.bin"
Now copy YOUR CPU key you saved earlier
Open 360 Flash Tool, and click "Keys" at the top like last time, paste it in the box at the top called "CPU" and like last time make sure the top two boxes ARE TICKED and the bottom two ARE NOT, click "OK"
Click open file again like last time using the button "......", and find the nand you extracted earlier that you saved to your desktop called "flashdmp.bin"
Once open, copy your DVD key which is located near the bottom the the open program, and remember the box called "OSIG" or do what i did and copy it and paste it in a new notepad, then click "Import", navigate to the file called "KV_dec.bin" and open that up, click "OK", save it and call it What you want, then simply click "SAVE"
Now click open file using the button "......" and open the file you just saved called Whatever you called it", click "Patch", click "Patch Key Vault", paste your DVD key in the box "DVD", and select from the drop down list your DVD Drive you may have saved this in a notepad, click "OK", and save as "updflash", now close 360 Flash Tool
Simply open your Flash Drive and drag and drop the file you just saved called "updflash.bin"
Back on the Xbox 360:
Plug your Flash Drive and Xbox HDD back into the Xbox 360
Turn the xbox ON and navigate to "Game Libary"
And run "XeX Menu 1.1" like normal
Now click "RB" and move down to "Flash360.xex" and run by pressing "A"
Now Click the buttons I do, "A", "B", "Start", "A" in that order, you will see your overall progress as a %
Once it finished press any button to continue, now press "Back", "Back" on your controller, now DO NOT DO ANYTHING ELSE UNTIL YOUR XBOX SHUTS DOWN BY ITS SELF, you will see a message saying "shutdown in ... seconds"
Now once it shuts down, and only once it shuts down, you take your power cable out the back of the xbox, leave it for a few secounds and plug back in
turn your xbox ON
And it should work nicely
