if u get console banned on a normal xbox, could u get a new kv or does it have to be a jtag in able to change kv

You need to have a jtag to unban your xbox with a new kv but the problem is if you have played on your xbox since aug 09 you have blown an efuse which makes it impossible to jtag. Basically if your dash is above 7371 you can do nothing about it and that dash is still a little iffy. Under 7xxx and you will not have a problem it can be jtagd and restored for xbl but get banned shortly after lol
