Okay the biggest problem I ran into when i softmoded my Wii was finding a tutorial specific to the type of Wii I had at the time(4.3u) This works for any Wii running 4.3U including Black and Red Wiis. This will install The homebrew channel on your Wii aswell as the USB Loader GX channel on your wii so you don't have to open up homebrew to launch it.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
1.SD card, anything up to 2GB I use a 1GB
2.Super Smash Bro.s BRAWL, if you don't own it beg borrow or buy, blockbuster and gamefly will also work.
3.A Wii running 4.3U, you check your version in the Wii menu it'll be on the top right corner

STEP 1 SETTING UP SD CARD/DL INSTALL FILES
Okay so let's start off by formatting your SD card, for this to work it needs to be formatted to fat32, simply open My Computer right click on the SD card and select format, a pop up window will appear that has several drop box options the second one from the top will say "file system" select this drop box and choose FAT32 and click start.
Once you've formatted the SD card we need to add some files to it, download this zip file
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Once you've download the file extract it to the ROOT of your SD card once done eject the SD card

STEP 2. INSTALLING HBC ON WII
DO NOT INSERT THE SD CARD INTO YOUR WII YET seriously don't do it bro.
Power up your wii (just for emphasis DON'T INSERT THE SD CARD YET)
Insert Super Smash Bros. BRAWL
Go into the Vault, then select stage builder and delete all custom stages, all even default ones
once you've deleted all of the custom stages go back to the vault page
insert your SD card into the wii and enter stage builder again.
It may take a few seconds but you'll be loaded into a black screen and a message warning you about people scamming others into buying this, after about a min and a half you'll be prompted to press 1 and you will do so(not because I told you to but because you genuinely want to).
Welcome the the HackMii installer main screen, first thing your gonna wanna do is install homebrew channel to do so click on homebrew channel and install it by selecting install homebrew from SD CARD, bootmii is optional but don't install it yet, once you've installed the homebrew channel exit.

Step 3. USB Loader GX

Now we're gonna install USB Loader GX as a channel on your Wii, which if your like me and bought one of those fancy black or red Wiis this is important because with these wiis you can't play burned games through homebrew apps.
So first download this zip file [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Once you've downloaded the file extract it to the ROOT of your SD card, So as of now when you open your SD card on your computer it should look like this:

FOLDERS;

APPS
CODES
CONFIG
IMAGES
NEOGAMMA
PRIVATE
TXTCODES
WAD

FILES;

IOS36-64-V3351.WAD
IOS38-64-V4123.WAD
IOS56-64-V5661.WAD
LICENSE.TXT
README.TXT
RVL-MIOS-V4.WAD

Once all the files are on the ROOT of your SD card go ahead and eject it and move over to your wii
insert your SD card and run the homebrew channel from your Wii
You'll see a list of apps the first one we wanna run is called "IOS236 Installer/Uninstaller"
Select it and click 'load'
Once the app is loaded press 1 on your wii remote to install IOS236
A message will appear saying 'getting IOS236 revision 3351'
After wards select the option 'load IOS from SD card' when it finishes the installation press any button to return to the homebrew channel
Now the second app we need to run is 'CIOS rev20b Installer' select it and click load
okay on the first screen choose IOS 236 (use the D pad) and press A
Now it'll ask for an IOS base, choose the 'IOS56 v5661', then 'IOS 249', then 'WAD Installation' and then 'Wii SD Slot'
When the installation is finished press A to continue, now we need to install the IOS250.
Now when it asked to select an IOS base select 'IOS38 v4123' then 'IOS 250', then 'Wad Installation' and ' Wii SD Slot'
After the installation is finished exit back to the homebrew channel.
Okay the last app we need to run is 'WAD Installer 1.7'
select it and click load.
Once it loads you want to select IOS249 and select "DISABLE" for the NAND option, then select 'Wii SD Slot' use the D pad to go down to the folder named "wad" and select it, then select the 'USB Loader GX-UNEO_Forwarder.wad' file and install it. When the installation is finished press B and Then HOME to return to the homebrew channel.
Now you can use USB loader from the wii menu without having to go through HBC.

WBFS MANAGER

WBFS manager is a program that takes iso files and formats them to a external hardrive or thumb drive so you can play them on your wii through USB Loader GX.
I strongly recommend picking up an external hard drive or do what I did buy a case for a hard drive you've pulled out of a laptop or desktop your local computer shop should have these or you can order one online from SWS electronics. Download WBFS Manager from their website it's free and the software works great with 64 and 32 versions of windows.

DISCLAIMER
USB Loader GX and WBFS Manager are designed to allow you to play virtual backups of games you already own, In no way am I encouraging the Pirating of Games and/or other files to be used through USB Loader GX and WBFS Manager.

Hopefully this is helpful to any who wish to use it and if you have problems or questions about it please feel free to ask any questions or voice any concerns. Thanks guys enjoy!!!

Also, if your looking to download games and need a nudge in the right direction feel free to PM me and I can send you some links, including WADS to install game channels(virtual console games/wiiware) please ask about any WADS your not sure of cause installing a bad one will brick your Wii, but is easy to recover from with Priiloader just PM me and I'll give you any files and links you need

I can not confirm that, I've been trying to get a PAL Wii for about 2 months now to give it a whirl, you can try to run the hack using a different .dol file for the exploit I'm sure a few minutes on Google will give you a link to the appropriate file, Sorry i can't give you a straight yes or no answer

Hi
Really appreciate the pains you have taken to post this.Installed beautifully!
Excellent step by step clear instructions. One quick question..You had mentioned
"bootmii is optional but don't install it yet". Is it necessary to install it?
If so when do you need to install.Like you have the latest Wii(4.3U).

Thanks Bro.

Hi
The installation went through successfully.
I have a question regarding the Homebrew channel.
When I completed step 2 and went to the Homebrew channel I could see a lot of apps on the browser. But when I completed step3 (USB Loader GX)those apps were no longer visible on the browser. What I see now on the browser are only the apps on the SD card like 'CIOS rev20b Installer',WAD installer etc.

How do I switch back so that I could browse HBC via network and install other apps like DVDX etc to play DVD

Thanks for your help
