if you entered ur real social security number then they can trace you and give you a fine for an illegal method of verifying your paypal.

Try changing it to http:// not https://

This usually fixes some errors.

Well, I Googled it and this is what I concluded.


It's because someone might have been doing stuff with your money (might)

Your account is logged in with more then one IP at the same time just fill your INFO in and you will be fine.

The reason why your receiving that page, It's because your eTrade is currently down or hasn't been used in a while, Just enter the back number you added to your eTrade account and It'll work, If it doesn't. PM Me, I know loads about PayPal.
