All honesty, at the way these idiots few this as, at least 5 people most likely placed it on there Jtag and tried to update. Is it that hard to read that this isn't a rebooter? It's the nand of a retail so experienced coders can re-code it to make a new freeBOOT. And this doesn't get your Jtag online.
But <3 for the release.

Dwack wroteColorado880 wroteDwack wroteI believe he is talking about how everyone thinks getting online involves coding a new rebooter. He is suggesting it isnt a rebooter but something else.Icy-Tank wrotekieranslobbys wrote no im saying so with this stuff the ppl with the rebooter will be able to get back on??
Ok...after I imagined me kicking you repeatedly in the nose for calling it a rebooter.....
Yes, it allows them to patch it with the latest and greatest and they can recode their images and get back online.
STOP CALLING IT A REBOOTER.... :rage:
You realize to run any unsigned code the use of a rebooter is necessary. :rage:
Also, please enlighten me on how this 'program' method works, or should work....they run some application and it magically gets them online?
I know that.
I'm trying to nicely say that his idea is kinda retarded. I can't see any scenario where a new rebooter isn't used. Maybe not 'new' but definitely re coded.
Here's a good scenario for you...it's call reality...
It is not a "new rebooter", it is a freeBOOT image that is recoded to patch the server side security checks real-time.
This takes a raw freeBOOT image, and is total reconstruction and recoding of the image itself.
You are comparing apples to hand grenades...
A rebooter is not a custom hand-jammed freeBOOT image that is allowing all of this to take place.
Regardless if you find the idea "retarded", unless you are going to contribute information that is relevant or helpful...do not post.
If you have anything else to say, you can PM me, as this thread is not the place for you to display your lack of knowledge on this...
This conversation is over publicly...PM me if you have anything you would like to add.

This is s public forum, no sense PM'n you.
By your response I can tell you have no idea how a JTAG works. It is called a 'rebooter' because it does just that. It reboots the console into the modified HV/Kernel( using the freeBOOT patches ). No matter how you look at it you are still using a rebooter. It doesn't matter if you made custom changes or not.

You're right, I have no idea. I'm only the most sought after repair person on the #1, #2, and #3 modding website in the world...pfft, what do I know right?
Post again, you will be banned. Simple as that...I told you to take it to PM as this is not the place for you to try and pick an ego fight with me (in which you WILL lose)...

You're right. You can fix a JTAG. That makes you an expert. WTF was I thinking, I must have forgot software and hardware are the same thing! I am sorry. I will stop calling it a rebooter and refer to it as a **** image.
You can have your ego trip on a website filled with morons.
Ban me ****!
