No, they patched some mods on July 5, 2011; which were god mode, rocket bullets, and car colors.

I got a good iso and ,i placed the moded files correctly and the dvd burned 100%. it installed to my harddrive 100% but when i load the game it just sits at the loading screen and never loads the actual game????

the files im using are some guys that made a tutorial on iso modding gta orig.. awhile back. He had car mods and weapon mods on it

Oh, I know what you did wrong. The mod pack you downloaded had a corrupted image file in the american.gxt and it won't let you spawn. I can make you a beastly mod pack edit of JSmallwood's v1.0 through Team Viewer if you want me to?
