scissors wrote Do you know your stuff about gaming headsets, if so what headset should I get with a mic attached my range is around 100.

None with a mic attached. The only good ones I can think of are Sennheiser's PC series. Get an Audio Technica AD700 with a Zalman ZM-1. That will thoroughly destroy any "gaming" headset out there.
I know it may destroy it but I don't want to be gaming with two head sets on ?

It's not. The ZM-1 clips on to the cable of the headphones. Like so:

Would it work the same way as a mic and does that one have volume control and how much are both of them.

Budget 100 can stretch to 150 if needs be

Cheers in advance

If you can get the Brainwavz HM5, which is ~$140, I think it would be worth the extra cash. Unbeatable for the price for a varied music taste.

What about for dub step and rock music (nickleback type rock)

For Nickelback-type rock, I recommend the anuses of two sea-gulls pressed to your ears.

Philips Citiscape Uptown. Also check the guide as they're far from the only option.

Save some cash and get the Ultrasone Pro 900 from B&H Photo. Pair it with a Fiio E11 and a Fiio L9 if you have an iDevice. Sorry for the late reply, and if you want more recommendations, check out the guide in the OP or tell me.

Electrically nothing. Just uses a different kind of jack, one XLR connector for each channel. If you ask me, it's ridiculous and full of audiophile hogwash!

Sign up for alerts on the $330 one and as soon as they're back, jump on them. Also, don't get them if the price shoots up. Tell me if it does.
