The Koss DJ100 is easily one of the best bang-for-your-buck cans. Other choices would be the Audio-Technica ATH-M50 (If you can get them for that price. You should be able to.) or the Audio Technica Pro 700 Mk. II. The Pro 700s are bassier.

If you're going all out for bass, the Sony MDR XB500 or XB700 is a good choice. They won't have the overall quality like the others do, but the signature is very "fun" and they're all about bass.

For in-ear, I'd suggest you get something less expensive. Rap music has shoddy master quality and tends to be distributed at a low bitrate. I also find that it fails to bring high-end headphones to their full potential. At 80 bucks the Hippo VB is what I would suggest. They're bassy and not too expensive.

For over-ear, the Sony XB1000 is your best bet for full-on bass. You should be able to find them somewhere for a reasonable price, but the price tends to fluctuate quite a bit on these.

If you want something with better portability and overall sound, the Ultrasone DJ1 Pros would be my choice for you. These are bassy and fold up nicely.

Again, since the quality of rap music is sub-par, you could go with something a bit cheaper, like the Sony XB700 or XB500.

If you want on-ear headphones, the Aiaiai TMA-1 is one of the best options. It's bassy and runs around 150 bucks.

The Shure SRH940 is one of your best options. Awesome sound quality for the price point, efficient enough to be driven without an amp, and it should satisfy your needs. It has Grado-ish sound that will make your rock music sound incredible, but still has the bass you'll want for rap music.

For over-ears, look at the Ultrasone DJ1 Pro. This would be my first choice because it's likely the best overall headphone at this price that has a bassy signature. If you're looking for bass only, the Sony MDR XB1000s are an option. I'd definitely go with the Ultrasones instead, though, since there's a lot more to genres like drum & bass than just bass. I prefer more neutral headphones for most electronic genres because the mids and highs are equally important.

For IEMs, I've been hearing great things of Sony's new high-end line. I'd take a look at the MDR EX600s if you want to spend the full 200 bucks. If you would rather save some money, the EX510s are a good option. If you want even cheaper, the Hippo VB is the best bassy IEM for the money. I personally would go cheaper with a set of IEMs than I would with other headphones.
