Well... Didn't see that one coming. I seem to recell hearing the T50P was mediocre and I guess this affirms it. They look very difficult to mod, so good luck.
They're easy enough to open. If I manage to make them sound good, the mod will definitely go up on Headfonics. The fact that Beyer initially charged $300 for these is outrageous.
By the way, have you seen the Magni and Modi? I'm incredibly tempted.

I knew they existed but I have yet to look into them. I still don't have any headphones that would benefit, but I plan on getting myself the GR06 and my brother is getting a Xeport 5010 so I can finally hear these! For real this time; I'm ordering today.

Got the PXC450. They sound better than the T50P. I was planning on trading these for an SR225, but I'm keeping them. The NC works great too. Totally scored on these.

I have a budget of 50-70GBP and will be listening mainly to dubstep so I'd like them to have good bass
I would like them to be over ear also but im not fussy
I will be listening from Iphone 4s and laptop
EDIT: I have just bought some [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] and I'm very happy with them

Xeport 5010. Superb for the price and I can't wait to get mine or steal my brother's if I decide to buy a knife instead.

"Today." What I meant by that is I'm going to try and order the GR06 tomorrow with my other neat Christmas presents. My Klipsch S4 fart cannons fell apart a few years ago.
So do you think the PXC450 is worth recommending at the $350 I see on Amazon? Any idea how it competes with the QC15, which I guess it's aimed at?

The XB500 is perfect for herpderpstep. Excellent bassy headphone, insanely comfy.
