Read the OP, and go away. You can get better headphones for less, even though you might think SCs are cheap.

Ultrasone DJ1 Pro if you want bassy over-ears. I wouldn't really look further, especially since you'll make use of their portability.
Aiaiai TMA-1s if you want on-ears. They're nice and bassy, but the Sennheiser HD 25-1 II is a good choice as well. The HD 25-1s also come in blue for the Adidas version.
The Sony MDR EX600s are some of the best bassy IEMs out there. Another good option would be the Hippo VBs from Jaben.

I'd definitely pay a little more for the Hippo VBs. They're the best bassy IEM at their price point, and more than worth the $10 over your budget.

If the conversion rates are bad, the Brainwavz M2 is the best choice. They're ~55 USD, but I'm not sure how much they'll be across the pond. If the conversion rates are in your favor, the Hippo VB is within range. They're $80, but Jaben deals internationally, so I'm not sure how much they'll be shipped to the UK.

EDIT: I assumed you wanted IEMs, but you didn't specify. If you'd rather have over or on-ear headphones, just tell me.

The Sols are garbage, and you're lucky you can't get them, to be honest!
Since top 40 music tends to be bass-heavy (at least as I see it), headphones that have a bassy signature will compliment them.
Over-ear: Ultrasone DJ1 Pro if the exchange rate is not in your favor, Ultrasone Pro 750 if it is. For a more neutral signature, the Audio Technica ATH-M50s are a great choice and should be available within your budget.
On-ear: Aiaiai TMA-1s if you can find them at a decent price. For something more neutral, the Sennheiser HD 25-1 II. They also come with blue accents for the Adidas version.
In-ear: Look on page 70 three posts from the bottom. I wrote a bit about IEMs at this budget. It should help you out if you want IEMs.

I'd get the Ultrasone DJ1 Pro. I honestly would have a hard time recommending anything else for the info you gave me.
