I'm from America and I'm 14 years old. I speak fluent french and spanish.

Learned it all by myself. You can take spanish in highschool if you want here. I'm homeschooled though.

its actualy a requirement in most american schools to take at least 2 years of a forien language

Hm, you claim most can't speak English properly? You're not even using it properly.
And most education systems require a second language in High School. Do some research before you post these things, it can offend people like so.

English is not my native language so forgive a few mistakes i may make ...but I only posted this because when i see tourists over here from the USA they are so rude and don't bother to learn basic words like please , thank you , hello ...that is just plain ignorant.

Thats just a stereotype, most children are taught a second language in elementary school, Spanish, French, etc.
