Yes I do. Everything is in the box.


Well if you do have everything, then just reinstall Windows OS to your PC, that way it will clear whatever the problem may be whether its a virus or not and you have a fresh PC too. That's what I did.

I tried doing a system restore but I don't know how to launch from the CD.

Stick in the disc. Shut down the computer with the disc still in. Power the computer back on. On boot it should automatically launch the recovery disc.

IF you have the installation disks, this is an easy fix dude. Restart your PC and when its cutting on, keep hitting F8 until you get into your BIOS settings. Then from there go to boot. Then put your disc drive as your number one boot priority. Then save your settings and exit. Put your first installation disc in your computer and restart it. Then restore your computer by following the on-screen instructions. Please reply if you need extra help

this is a common error u have run out of hard drive disc space u need to get the disc from the manufacturer
