They CAN detect mods but lots of people have them and it might be a trigger finger, they don't know. It's always possible to get caught for a mod, that's why I don't use mine much.

The only way you can get banned is when you get caught by a MODERATOR I have one

well that one guys is on something cuz for mod they can not tell u done it. But if u hack then that is a whole new story. if they can find it.

No u can not u can only get ban from like forza if u modd there game but for a modded controller u can not i forgot to say that sorry.

I think the software developers have the ability to try to detect mods. Very few modshops (if any) use "humanized" rapidfire code. A lot of rapidfire controllers out there have a very "robotic" signature. Now whether or not the software developers actually use that ability to go after modders... I don't think they do.

I think it really boils down to the fact that game developers leave easter eggs and glitches in games on purpose... they could wage an all-out war on modded controllers, but they'd ruin the fun for some people, and risk damaging their sales figures.

Some people would actually stop playing if they couldn't use their mod.

Modded controllers are legal if you were gonna get banned they would not be big company's like evil controllers would they!
