Yes, their should definitely be stricter rules. I'm not saying every 14 year old child is immature, but at that age around 40-60 percentile of the kids tend to have an immature behavior on things, For example: the Number 69, The Word Come, People Farting. If a child at the age of 11 to the lower teens sees that Hey I can say whatever I want, Disrespect anyone I want and I can get away with it, They play videogames which are somewhat violent for their age group and it fires them up and gets them angry, and they see a place where they can disrespect everyone/anyone who they come in contact with, Something they can't do in their real life world. Another reason is because the child's brain is like a sponge. Therefore, if these kids think they are good at a shooting game, they will think they can shoot anything with any type of Gun, (AirSoft, PaintBall, etc.) if they play fighting games like UFC or Smackdown v. Raw they will think they can beat anyone up because of their fighting skills and end up getting hurt.

Well it can go either way its just the matter of how Mature the kid id. if you are fine with your child playing Violent games, then that's your decision.the way your child acts is different. if they aren't bothering you and acting mature, then that's fine but you cant really complain when a kid is acting immature.Yess, they are annoying but unless you like starting fight verbal fights, then you cant complain because they have a "Mute" button for a reason. Some people just dont realize that or dont make use to the button. Its not your business if their parent let them have a Game before 18.
by that time, you dont want to play Video Games as much. but when they Do get annoying, Make use of what you have, by either muting them. Leaving games with them in it, or whatever it takes but you cant really complain

I think no because like you said it is the parents who buy the game so the rules wont make a difference, parents will still buy the games for their kids

Stricter rules? YES.

Can you imagine a MW3 or any FPS that doesn't have little squeakers running around and playing like immature camping bafoons?

It would be amazing to see stricter enforcement; too bad it won't happen

No, there should not. I believe it is the parents decision in letting their kid(s) play a game that is above their current age/rating (E, E+10, T, M).

Yes, I would support them revising this. The reason being if you look at Call of Duty and how it's rated M. Over half of their audience and people who play the game is under the age of 18, so what they should do is have something similar to PG 13 ratings in movies. They have it (the logo) have something like "E14+" and have it say below it "Recommended for 14 and up due to: Strong language, Blood/Gore, Drugs references." I think it would be a good idea because it technically make it "legal" if you are 14 and over.

It seems as if many underage kids game already. It really can't be stopped. Parents will show ID when they buy the game, claim its for them and let their kid play it. It is up to a parent to determine if their child is allowed to play such a game. The really is no way to stop it if the law was made.

So they could make the law, but it would be next to pointless because it would be next to impossible to enforce.

Yes there should be. That would get rod of the underage children (age 8-12). Because there are inappropriate and mean people that could harm the child mentally. Also kids do not need to see blood and all that stuff they could go out and kill someone.
