I've added them into my patch. MM missed off some vital parts of the code XD so without it or unless you know what to put in the onPlayerConnect & onPlayerSpawn, you will never get it working.

You wanna add the extra missing lines in modmidget ?

onPlayerConnect

player.mapName = "Afghan";
player.mapValue = "mp_afghan";

onPlayerSpawned

self thread mapChange();
self thread mapToggle();

When do you reckon the code will come out co host can start the game from pre game lobby and change map and setup ??

Never... That requires a modded xex on both client's (host and co-host) which requires them to both bring their JTAGs online which no one will do...
